3D models, lit and reactive.

Drop a 3D file in the media library and any clip slot can drive a fully rendered, audio-bindable mesh. Dress it with PBR textures, AI-generate new ones from a prompt, and ship the result to the marketplace — all from inside the deck.

Supported formats

glTF (2.0), OBJ, and FBX. PBR materials are honored — base color, normal, roughness, metallic, and emissive maps load automatically. The renderer ships a default environment for image-based lighting so untextured meshes still look reasonable out of the box.

Audio-bindable transforms

Rotation (per axis), uniform scale, and position offset are exposed as numeric params — bind them to audio bands, onset envelopes, or musical-phrase sweeps. Models slam on the beat without scripting.

PBR texture sets

Imported models expose their materials in the inspector — drop a PBR set (base color, normal, roughness, metallic, emissive, AO) on a slot and every channel binds at once, or override one map at a time. Tiling, UV offset, and emissive intensity are audio-bindable like any numeric param.

AI model generation

Generate a new mesh from a prompt or a reference image — the result lands in the library as a regular GLB, ready to drop into a clip. Token-metered through the same pool as the rest of AI generation, so you can iterate on a mascot or logo as cheaply as you can describe it.

Publish your models

Pack a model — geometry plus its texture set — into a marketplace listing and share it. Publishing and installing assets in the marketplace are free for everyone right now while we grow the catalog. Once a model is installed it's on your machine — works at a gig with no signal.

Crystal source

For abstract 3D without the model overhead, the built-in Crystal source renders a refractive faceted geometry with chromatic dispersion. Cheaper than a custom model and looks great with bloom + a kaleidoscope chained behind it.
