Visualz Marketplace lets users publish shaders, plugins, FX presets, VJ Packs, 3D models, and videos. Every publisher accepts a copyright clickwrap at submit time stating they own the rights to redistribute the content. If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, you can request its removal.

How to file a notice

Email support@visualzstudio.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". Include:

1. The marketplace listing URL or slug (e.g. @author/listing-name).
2. A description of the copyrighted work being infringed.
3. Your contact information (name, email, mailing address).
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We aim to review and act on valid notices within 5 business days. Listings that match a valid notice are moved to taken_down status and removed from public listings and search. We notify the publisher and store the notice for our records.

Counter-notice

If you believe your listing was removed in error, reply to the takedown email with a counter-notice that includes your identity, contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated valid takedown notices may be suspended. We track attestation timestamps + IP for every publish; that record is what we rely on when investigating.
