This policy explains what data Visualz collects, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• Account: email, hashed password, role, session cookies, last sign-in timestamp + IP.
• Machine identity: a per-install machine ID used to attach the desktop app to your account. No browsing history, no file paths.
• Tokens + transactions: balance and a ledger of purchases / consumption / refunds, retained for tax + fraud purposes.
• Marketplace publish: copyright attestation timestamp + IP per listing. Used for DMCA defensibility.
• Streaming / FanCam™: room codes + per-room viewer counts. Stream content is not recorded.

What we don't collect

• Your sets, custom shaders, or media files. These stay on your machine.
• Telemetry beyond opt-in crash reports.
• Behavioral ad data. We don't run ads.

Third parties

Payment processing runs through Stripe. AI generation requests go through our backend to the provider you selected (Luma, Runway, etc.). Marketplace bundles are stored on AWS S3. No data is sold.

Your rights

Request a copy or deletion of your data at support@visualzstudio.com. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

We'll announce material changes on the homepage and via email where appropriate.
