These terms govern your use of Visualz, including the desktop application, the Marketplace, and any related online services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't share credentials. Tell us at support@visualzstudio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Content you upload

When you publish content to the Marketplace, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and display it so installers can download it. You retain all other rights. You represent that you own the content or have rights to redistribute it — every publish records a copyright attestation timestamp and IP.

Acceptable use

Don't upload anything illegal, malicious, or infringing. Plugins may run code on installers' machines — uploads that intentionally harm users will be removed and the account suspended.

Takedowns

See DMCA / Takedown for reporting copyright-infringing listings.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. Tokens, sets, and published listings are best-effort durable; back up your work.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
