Animated 2D noise field warps the UVs. Slow + low amount = subtle melt; high = full liquefy. Speed binds to audio nicely.

Drop Liquid Warp on any of the four buses — clip, layer, track, or set — with pre-or-post placement and a per-effect dry/wet mix. Stack it with the rest of the chain freely; the engine batches everything into a single per-frame draw graph, and a chain you like can be saved as an FX preset and re-applied with one click.
